Terms & Conditions

Applies to: Website and Mobile App operated by DARINA ("we", "us", "our")

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the DARINA website or mobile app, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and others who access the platform.

2. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking periodically for updates.

3. Eligibility
To register for and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-up and to update your profile if any information changes.

4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • - Subscriptions are offered as recurring monthly or weekly plans.
  • - Subscriptions will commence within 3 to 4 business days after full payment is received and confirmed by the Company.
  • - Payments are processed securely. We accept valid credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
  • - Prices may be changed with at least 30 days' prior notice. Promotions or discounts do not apply retroactively.
  • - All payments are strictly non-refundable.

6. Subscription Plans & Deliveries

  • - DARINA offers multiple plans: 1 to 4 meals with snacks.
  • - Each monthly subscription covers 26 consecutive service days, excluding Fridays.
  • - Friday deliveries may be arranged upon request and are subject to additional fees.
  • - Delivery hours may vary depending on traffic and operational circumstances.
  • - If the customer does not respond within 5 minutes of the driver's arrival, the order will be returned to the branch and will still be considered delivered. No replacement or compensation will be provided.

7. Delivery Address & Changes

  • - Meals are delivered to one registered address per subscription.
  • - Address changes require 2 business days' notice and management approval.
  • - Meals will be handed to any person available at the delivery location. We are not responsible once delivery is completed at the provided address.

8. Meal Storage and Consumption

  • - Customers must refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery.
  • - Meals should be consumed within 24 hours of delivery for safety and freshness.
  • - DARINA is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.

9. Pause, Transfer, or Cancellation of Subscription

  • - Subscriptions can be paused for up to 2 months. Pauses beyond this duration will be treated as cancellations.
  • - Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days in advance and will take effect within 3 business days of official notification.
  • - In case of early cancellation by the customer, the remaining balance may be:
    • 1. Converted into daily meals from the restaurant, OR
    • 2. Transferred to another individual nominated by the customer, subject to management approval.
  • - All transfer or conversion requests are subject to management approval.

10. Health & Dietary Information

  • - Our meals are not designed for individuals with severe allergies, dietary restrictions, or serious medical conditions.
  • - Customers must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions. DARINA is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and app, including logos, meal designs, photos, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of DARINA. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

12. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • - Misuse the platform or interfere with other users' access.
  • - Post or transmit false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
  • - Use bots or automated tools to manipulate the platform.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • - We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access to the services.
  • - We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • - Our liability is limited to the value of your last paid subscription.

14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, weather, war, strikes, internet disruptions, or government restrictions.

15. Company Rights

  • - The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of misuse, abusive behaviour toward DARINA staff, or violation of these terms.
  • - The company reserves the right to update menu plans, ingredients, or meal schedules without prior notice, while maintaining the agreed dietary plan category.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.

17. Severability
If any provision herein is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Acknowledgment
By subscribing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
